A simple virtual event site built for Adobe’s Sales Kick off event in 2022

Introduction

For SKO in 2022, our client was looking for a simple, low cost solution to deliver content to attendees personalized by their role. We successfully built a low cost solution that reached all our goals and also managed to deliver some moments of interactive joy!

  • 6300 attendees attended.

  • 113 breakout sessions were delivered

  • 68 hours of content were delivered

Product highlights and deepdives

We built a comprehensive event platform that covered all aspects of a great event from Registration to content consumption to delivering moments of delight. Here are a few features I am particularly proud of:

“One pager” event

Attendees had access to their personalized end to end event experience from the home page.

 
 

Sales winner announcements

We scheduled fun videos that announced sales winners for the year.

 

Engage and interact

Even though most of the experiene was pre recorded, we added a few ways for attendees to interact with activities like fun quizzes, games, surveys, scheduled winner announcements and a social wall.

The socisl wall was a hit as attendees were not allowed to post to social media, they were able to engage through this event specific social space.
